This is the most comfortable chair in the house. It easily adjusts to everyone.

Pros: Arrived on time.
Seems to function theoretically as a chair.

Cons: The entire back cushion assembly arrived trashed. Whatever mechanism holds the metal connecting bar to the cushion frame arrived broken. Screws to hold the back cushion to the seat cushion are impossible to torque properly without a power screwdriver. Instructions are poorly written and vague. Smells kind of funny.

I can't in good faith recommend this product to anyone else. If it cost more than the $130, I would probably pursue some sort of means of compensation for this terrible product but its not really worth my time.

WONDERFUL! I went from a backache and sore neck to pure bliss - all in just one week. This is a really great chair and very easy to assemble. It also looks good! Can't ask for more!
