I thought this item was extremely easy to put together. I am a 29 year old woman and I had no problem. It took me about 15 minutes total to unpack and put together this foundation. It seems pretty sturdy too.

I purchased this item a year after my boxspring had to be cut in half for moving purposes. I received it within days of my purchase. It was super easy to put together and is extremely sturdy. Put my old mattress on it and you'd think I bought a brand new bed. I LOVE IT.

Construction not as pictured. Single bolt corners where shown as double. Center support shown as fitted insert, in reality single bolt and doweled- bolt and doweled holes missing on one end. Sap oozing from materials. Should be handled with glove to avoid slivers. Cover not as pictured either.
